Yuco Management, AI Firm Elite Ink Leases at 757 Third Avenue
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) has announced two significant leasing deals at 757 Third Avenue in Midtown East. Real estate development firm Yuco Management and artificial intelligence software company Elite have each committed to 6,960 square feet of space within the 26-story Class A office tower.
Yuco Management has agreed to occupy the entirety of the building’s 27th floor. The New York City-based firm plans to relocate its operations from its current location at 200 Park Avenue. The property is owned by New York Life Real Estate Investors, which acquired the asset through a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure sale in October 2025.
In a separate transaction, Elite secured the entire 22nd floor. The lease marks the legal software company’s first physical office presence in New York City, as it maintains its headquarters in El Segundo, California.
JLL represented the landlord in both transactions, with the team including Mitchell Konsker, Clark Finney, Simon Landmann, Kristen Morgan, and Lance Yasinsky. The tenant representation was handled by Cushman & Wakefield. Mark Weiss and Jenna Catalon represented Yuco, while Adam Ardise, Stephen Bellwood, and Rachel Rosenfeld brokered the deal for Elite.
Specific lease terms and final rental rates were not disclosed, though asking rents for the office tower are listed in the high $70s per square foot. The leases come as ownership focuses on repositioning the property and introducing capital improvements to align with current tenant expectations.
JLL, a key player in the transaction, is currently trading with a market capitalization of approximately $15.34 billion. The company’s shares were down 0.46% from the previous close, settling at $324.44.
