Corcoran Premier Realty Expands Ownership with Industry Veteran Jim D’Amico

Central Florida luxury brokerage Corcoran Premier Realty has added a prominent figure to its ownership ranks. Jim D’Amico, chairman of the board of Brands by Integra, has joined the firm as a part owner, bringing with him extensive experience in building national real estate networks.

Corcoran Premier Realty is a franchisee of The Corcoran Group, which operates under Compass, Inc.. The brokerage focuses on high-end housing markets in Orlando, led by broker and president Chocky Burks alongside co-founders Steve Healy and Matt Tomaszewski. D’Amico’s arrival is expected to bolster the firm’s growth trajectory and operational resources.

D’Amico brings a significant track record in scaling housing services. He transformed Brands by Integra from a single-office operation into a multibrand network spanning 20 states. According to RealTrends Verified data, the network includes 10 real estate brands, 65 offices, and 2,000 agents. In 2025, the firm reported 5,893 transaction sides amounting to $2.64 billion in sales volume.

For Corcoran Premier Realty, the partnership adds depth to its leadership team. Founded in 2009 and affiliating with Corcoran in 2020, the firm currently operates out of Winter Park and Windermere with more than 60 agents. Management emphasized that the transition will not disrupt operations, as agents will maintain existing relationships and branding under local leadership while benefiting from D’Amico’s industry expertise.

Parent company Compass, Inc. provides the technology platform for the franchise network. As of the latest market session, Compass was trading at $11.75, with a market capitalization of approximately $8.51 billion.
