RPR Promotes Executives to Strengthen Data Platform Strategy

Compass, Inc. and Zillow Group, Inc. are among the prominent entities relying on robust data infrastructure as the sector evolves. In a move to bolster its own offerings, Realtors Property Resource (RPR), a subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), has elevated Emily Line to the role of chief strategy officer and Janine Sieja to chief product officer.

These promotions mark an expansion of duties for both executives. The company aims to enhance its products and services designed for Realtors, brokerages, associations, and multiple listing services (MLS). CEO Jeff Young credited Line and Sieja with establishing RPR as a trusted industry resource, noting that their combined experience in strategic vision and product innovation would be pivotal for future technology development.

As chief strategy officer, Line assumes responsibility for member experience, broker services, and industry relations with associations and MLSs. She also continues to manage commercial services. Line originally joined the organization in 2012 following a tenure in commercial outreach at the NAR and was instrumental in the creation of RPR’s commercial platform. Outside of her primary role, she mentors emerging real estate technology startups through TechStars and NAR REACH.

Sieja, who has led product development at RPR since 2018, retains oversight of that division in her new capacity as chief product officer. During her time leading product initiatives, the company modernized its website and mobile applications, expanded its data capabilities, and upgraded platform infrastructure. The company reported a significant rise in user engagement, with average 90-day user activity growing from 255,000 in 2018 to 344,000 in 2026, representing a 35% increase.

RPR maintains a database of more than 160 million residential and commercial properties across the United States. Sieja also serves on the board of the Real Estate Standards Organization and sits on the City of Minneapolis Advisory Committee on Housing.
