Rudin Appoints Industry Veteran Panzirer to Lead Office Leasing Strategy
Rudin has named Craig Panzirer as its new senior vice president for office leasing, a strategic move aimed at managing the firm’s extensive Manhattan footprint. Panzirer, who assumed the role in July, brings over three decades of experience to the position and will report directly to co-CEO Michael Rudin.
In his new capacity, Panzirer will oversee the leasing strategy for an 8.6 million-square-foot office portfolio. His responsibilities include managing major assets such as 345 Park Avenue, 3 Times Square, and One Battery Park Plaza. Additionally, he will play a key role in the planned supertall development at 350 Park Avenue. Michael Rudin highlighted Panzirer’s deep relationships and history of significant transactions as critical assets for the firm’s portfolio of high-quality properties.
Panzirer arrives at Rudin following a nine-year tenure at Global Holdings Management Group, where he served as senior vice president and director of leasing. Before his time at Global Holdings, which began in 2017, he spent approximately seven years as senior vice president leading leasing for Vornado’s Penn District portfolio, a 10.5 million-square-foot collection of assets.
His career background includes leadership roles at major real estate services firms. Panzirer previously served as senior vice president of leasing at JLL, a company currently trading with a market capitalization of over $16.5 billion, and as vice president and director of leasing at Monday Properties. He is a graduate of the College of Staten Island.
