Wealth Management Firm Arca Financial Group Leases Space at Moinian’s 60 Madison Avenue
CBRE Group, Inc. tenant Arca Financial Group has secured a new footprint in Manhattan, expanding the firm’s physical presence in the borough. The wealth management company signed a five-year lease for 7,500 square feet on the 10th floor of 60 Madison Avenue. The property, located just north of Madison Square Park, is owned by The Moinian Group.
The leased space is described as a prebuilt office, offering immediate occupancy for the financial firm. Omar Sozkesen, vice president of commercial leasing at Moinian, highlighted the building’s appeal to businesses seeking premium environments in a desirable business district. He noted that the ready-to-use spaces overlooking the park are designed to support employee experience and future growth.
While specific rental terms for the Arca Financial deal were not disclosed, the transaction provides a data point for the Midtown South market. CBRE recently reported that the average asking rent for office space in the Midtown South submarket reached $85.73 per square foot in the second quarter of 2026.
CBRE represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Arash Sadighi and Tyler Ruggieri of Venture Commercial. It remains to be seen whether Arca Financial is relocating from another city location or establishing a new headquarters in New York.
60 Madison Avenue has seen a flurry of activity recently. The building now hosts several technology tenants, including Tenex Labs, which took 25,000 square feet. Additionally, artificial intelligence firms Pace and GovWell Technologies leased 17,500 square feet each.
CBRE Group, Inc. stock was down 1.96% today, closing at $150.36.
