KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to EQUS 2026-PHNX

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)– #creditratingagency–KBRA announces the assignment of preliminary ratings to six classes of EQUS 2026-PHNX, a CMBS single-borrower securitization. The collateral for the transaction is a $527.1 million floating rate, interest-only mortgage loan.
