Compass, Qualia expand title and escrow partnership

Qualia has expanded its partnership with Compass International Holdings — moving title and escrow operations across Compass Integrated Services’ companies onto the Qualia platform.
Consolidation will replace separate systems Compass International Holdings inherited following its merger with Anywhere Real Estate.
The deal extends a relationship that began in 2023 and now covers one of the largest title and escrow operations in the U.S.
Compass and Qualia previously built a one-click title ordering integration on Qualia APIs, allowing real estate professionals to place title orders directly from Compass’s Home Platform and track the file as it progresses.
According to the companies, agents who use the integration attach title and escrow at roughly twice the rate of agents who do not.
“Real estate is a team sport, and title and escrow is a critical part of the transaction,” said Cory Perkins, president of integrated services at Compass International Holdings. “We like to think of our real estate professionals as CEOs of their business. They should be out selling and growing their business, not worrying about the coordination on the back end. Qualia has been our partner in building that for years, and I don’t think there’s anybody else we could navigate this next stage with.”
The first Compass International Holdings title company goes live with the Qualia platform as part of the new expansion Oct. 12, with additional companies set to follow over the course of 2027.
When rollout is complete, Qualia’s footprint across Compass Integrated Services’ title companies will have grown more than fivefold, leaders said.
Consolidation reflects a broader trend among large brokerages to integrate title and escrow services directly into agent workflows, with stated goals of reducing friction at the point of transaction and capturing more of the closing process.
