KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to PMT Loan Trust 2026-DSC1 (PMTLT 2026-DSC1)

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)– #creditratingagency–KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to 10 classes of mortgage-backed notes from PMT Loan Trust 2026-DSC1 (PMTLT 2026-DSC1), the first DSCR RMBS transaction sponsored by PennyMac Corp. (PennyMac), to be solely backed by loans underwritten to debt-service coverage ratio (DSCR) guidelines. The underlying pool ($298.1 million), comprising 853 rental property mortgages, is characterized by loans underwritten with moderate (65.5%) original combined loan-to-value (CLTV) ratios.
