Fintech Firm Octaura Holdings Inks 29K SF at ESRT’s 111 West 33rd Street

Octaura Holdings, an electronic trading, data and analytics provider, is moving its offices to 111 West 33rd Street near Midtown Manhattan’s Herald Square.
The 28,914-square-foot deal with Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) spans the entire 17th floor of the 26-story office building, the landlord announced Monday. Octaura currently lists its Manhattan headquarters at Haymes Investment Company’s 5 Penn Plaza, but it was not immediately clear whether the company intends to depart that space.
Brian Bejile, CEO of Octaura, called the new office “an exciting next chapter” for the company.
“As we continue to grow our business and our team, it was important to find a space that reflects where we’re headed and gives our people a great place to collaborate, connect and build together,” Bejile said in a statement. “111 West 33rd Street gives us exactly that, right in the heart of New York City.”
Octaura’s lease term and asking rent at the 33rd Street property between Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue were not disclosed. Asking rents for Class A offices in the Penn Plaza submarket averaged $82.38 in the third quarter of 2026, according to Colliers.
ESRT’s Shanae Ursini and Kerry Lavelle represented the landlord in-house alongside Newmark‘s Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Neil Rubin. Their Newmark colleagues Neil Goldmacher and Cooper Weisman negotiated on behalf of Octaura.
Other tenants in the 728,429-square-foot office tower include delivery app Instacart, which took 26,134 square feet in July, as well as consulting firm Clearview Healthcare Partners and data firm the Penta Group.
A spokesperson for Newmark did not respond to a request for comment.
