The city of Palm Bay, Florida, has expanded Lennar Corporation’s Emerald Lakes residential project, approving an addition of 11 home sites to the master-planned community located west of Interstate 95. The incremental lot release gives the Miami-based homebuilder additional capacity in one of the Space Coast’s active growth corridors.
